Commissioned in 2015, our manufacturing facility at Mahaan Milk Foods in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh spans 10 acres. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of processing about 500,000 litres of fresh milk every day.

Our facilities meet design and installation qualifications, allowing us to formulate a variety of clinical and infant-grade nutritional and functional products for a broad consumer base. We prioritise gentle drying with low heat to preserve flavour and nutritional profile.

Our innovative and multistage spray-drying technology set new benchmark for quality, efficiency, safety and environment compliance. This technology enables agglomeration and instantization for better wettability and sinkability of product.

The spray-drying equipment can dry 9,000 MT of milk powder annually, minimising moisture in the final product. Our dry-blending mixers, with an annual capacity of 24,000MT, ensures homogeneous mixing.

Our aim is to reduce production waste and enhance the overall plant efficiency. Our fully SCADA-operated process enables data-driven decisions to increase output, reduce costs and hold a great control over our processes.

In-house Laboratories

Our labs are equipped to test raw materials, packaging, intermediate, and finished products for chemical, microbiological, pathogen and non-pathogen environmental monitoring.

Internationally-compliant Testing

We use certified testing methods like AOAC, FSSAI, and ISO, and guarantee data confidentiality.

Hygiene-engineering

Our facility is designed for hygiene with controlled temperature and humidity levels. It includes dedicated airlocks for personnel and materials to eliminate contamination during entry and exit.

Sanitary Warehousing

We use hygiene-engineered machines for deep cleaning, ensuring product homogeneity. Our facilities feature sanitary polyethylene microbial flooring and AHUs for US FDA Class 4-5 air quality.

GMP and HACCP Approach

We prioritize prevention through GMP, HACCP procedures, and strict quality and hygiene standards for environmental compliance. Our 30 kl water effluent treatment facility ensures statutory compliance.

Traceability through Technology

Our 100% automated process enhances audit-ability and traceability, even for individual finished goods. IoT integration optimizes food safety, traceability, reduces waste, and cuts costs and risks across processing and packaging stages.

Through our ERP system, we achieve full transparency in quality control, from raw material procurement to the final product. It provides complete insights into quality across our facility, with auditable lot tracking forward and backward.

Surveillance is continuous with 200 cameras throughout the facility.
